Dongguan Yanli mould Co., Ltd., founded in 2009, which mainly produces medium and large non-standard mould bases.

Dongguan Yansheng metal products Co., Ltd., established in 2016, which is mainly specialized in manufacturing super large mold bases. 

Guangdong Yanrong Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2018, which specializes in the production of high-precision molds.

    In order to meet the growing needs of customers. We have established a modern plant. The company has imported precision machinery and equipment from abroad, and has rough and fine milling machines, large rocker drilling machines, gantry CNC grinding machines, vertical and horizontal machining centers. It can process large and medium-sized non-standard mold bases, two-color molds, plastic mold bases and die-casting mold bases, and focuses on the manufacturing of large and medium-sized HASCO and DME standard export mold bases. We do full processing according to 2D or 3D drawings provided by customers.

    The group has 300 employees and covers an area of more than 10000 square meters. At present, the production equipment comes mainly from Okuma, Mazak, Makino in Japan, HAAs in the United States, Dali, Gaofeng in Taiwan and Huanqiu large axis drilling and milling composite machine tools; At present, there are 80 sets of gantry CNC machine tools, vertical CNC machine tools, compound processing five axis machine tools and other supporting production equipment, which can meet the production of various mold bases.

    We mainly produce and manufacture medium and large mold bases: plastic mold bases, large five axis deep hole drilling, high-precision mold bases, multi cavity mold bases, etc. Products are widely used in automotive, medical, 5G connectors and other fields.
